This is built for athletes and active individuals of all levels — from weekend warriors to competitive athletes — who want to move better, recover faster, and stay pain-free.
Sessions are tailored to you and can include rehab exercises, chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), cupping, and mobility work to target the root of the issue.
Not at all. A lot of clients come in to stay ahead of injuries, improve mobility, and keep their body performing at a high level.
It depends on your goals and activity level. Some athletes come in weekly for maintenance, while others come in as needed for recovery or injury rehab. We'll build a plan that fits you.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely — shorts, a t-shirt, or workout gear is best so we can properly assess how your body moves.
No two sessions are the same. Everything is fully individualized based on how your body is moving, feeling, and performing that day. We'll go through a movement assessment and then build the session around what you need — whether that's recovery, mobility, or getting you back from something that's been bothering you. It's hands-on, interactive, and focused on getting real results. You'll leave feeling better, moving better, and ready to perform.
